This course will give you a safe introduction to the Ashtanga primary series, which detoxifies and aligns the body.

Instructor Jim Harrington has done yoga for 17 years, studied in India , Thailand and gained his teaching certificate in Sydney , Australia . He holds qualifications in remedial and sports therapies and brings a deep anatomical understanding to his teaching.

Fees: If you book and pay more than 1 week prior, following discounts apply: Moksha members R650; non-members R750.
