One of the most experienced Ashtanga yogis in the world, Danny Paradise, returns to Moksha in October for 10, energy-packed classes. See dates below.

“Yogi, minstrel, world citizen - has no phone number, no post office box, no residence he calls home. He roams the planet with a bag or two, leaving luggage under beds in his wake.” New York Times
He’s a world famous Ashtanga yoga instructor, and an established musician.

“Sting, who has tried various fitness regimes, said in a recent article:
‘I always stayed fit because I’m a performer. But it wasn’t until I met Danny Paradise, who became my mentor in yoga, that I started the practice which I feel will stay with me for the rest of my life. I feel it is a path that is involved enough to keep developing.’ ”Sunday Times (Cape Town)

• More About Danny:
Danny first tried Yoga whilst traveling through Hawaii, when he was 21 years old. By 23 he was an apprentice teacher to the grandfather of Ashtanga yoga in the west, David Williams.
Since then he has traveled the world over, sharing and spreading his passion for Ashtanga yoga.
In 2000, Danny released his debut CD, River of the Soul, which featured vocals by Sting, Paul Simon and Edie Brickell among others. It’s described as “Neil Young meets Windam Hill”, and celebrates spirituality, tranquility and love of nature.

• What is Ashtanga yoga?
It’s an aerobic, muscle- shaping, mind- sculpting, physically demanding workout. It eliminates toxins and purifies the body leaving you feeling revitalized. Danny describes it as “the most concentrated form of yoga.” Danny will be joining us at Moksha for a limited time only – giving 10 classes for beginners through advanced practitioners, from 17 October until 26 October inclusive.
